HIGHBRIDGE MULTI-STRATEGY FUND LIMITED (the "Company")

TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

The Company announces that on 31 July, 2018 the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 131,627,733, of which 27,281,364 Ordinary Shares are held by the Company in treasury.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 104,346,369 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
