RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
LONDON - 17 July 2020 - HomeServe plc ("HomeServe", "the Company"), the international home repairs and improvements business, announces that all items of business were duly passed on a show of hands at the Annual General Meeting held on Friday 17 July 2020.
In accordance with 9.6.2 (R) of the Listing Rules, a copy of the resolutions passed will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection.
