Sale of Industrial Multi Property Trust portfolio and Marseille property completed
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 5 February 2018 of its agreement to dispose of the Industrial Multi Property Trust portfolio for £116 million to an entity owned by Warehouse REIT plc, Hansteen announces that the transaction has now been completed.
In addition, Hansteen also announces that it has sold a property in Rousset, Marseille, to an owner occupier for €3.5 million, in line with the 31 December 2017 valuation. The property was vacant and Hansteen now has one remaining property in France.
