Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R (1) the Company announces that notification was received yesterday that on Tuesday, 15 March 2016 David Rough, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired an interest in 5,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, representing 0.00067% of the issued share capital. The Ordinary Shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £1.0980 per Ordinary Share and registered in the name of David Rough.
The Company was also notified that on Tuesday, 15 March 2016 Barbara Anne Rough, David Rough's spouse, also acquired an interest in 5,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.00067% of the issued ordinary share capital. These Ordinary Shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £1.0985 per Ordinary Share and registered in the name of Barbara Anne Rough.
As a result of the above purchases, David Rough has an interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.00134% of the issued ordinary share capital.
