Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces it was notified on 31 May 2017 that on 30 May 2017, Richard Brewster, Director of the Company disposed of 50,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company for £3.17 per share.
Following the disposal, Richard Brewster continues to have an interest in 9,083,222 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.4 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
This notification is made in order to satisfy both section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 and article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
