Director/PDMR Shareholding

In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that on 30 August 2016, John Castagno, Non-Executive Director of Hastings Insurance Services Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, disposed of 5,856 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £2.21.

Following the transfer John Castagno continues to have an interest in 231,224 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
