Director/PDMR Shareholding

Hastings Group Holdings plc was notified on 14 April 2016 that, on that date, John Castagno, Non-Executive Director of Hastings Insurance Services Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, purchased 5,856 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 169.89 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, John Castagno is directly interested in 237,080 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.036% of the Company's total voting rights.

This notification is made pursuant to the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
