The purpose of the meeting was to seek the approval of Shareholders by means of an Ordinary Resolution to receive all or part of the Interim Dividend of 1.2p per Ordinary Share for the year ended 31 March 2008 in the form of fully paid Ordinary Shares instead of cash and to make an election to receive dividends in the form of fully paid Ordinary Shares rather than cash on future occasions when a scrip dividend alternative is offered.The Ordinary Resolution set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting sent to shareholders on 21 November 2007 was approved.
