Directors' interest in shares

The Company hereby notifies that on 17 June 2016, Paul Williams purchased a further 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 67 pence per share.

As a result of this further acquisition of shares, Paul Williams is now beneficially interested in a total of 160,000 shares (representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital).

Notification of this transaction is made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
