Hogg Robinson Group PLC05 July 2007 Hogg Robinson Group (the "Company") NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS Hogg Robinson Group Plc was informed on 04 July 2007 that Mr David Radcliffe, MrJohn Coombe and Mr George Battersby, all directors of the Company, acquired thefollowing ordinary shares in the Company on 04 July 2007. Mr David Radcliffe purchased 25,000 ordinary shares at a price of 69.25 penceper share. Following this purchase, Mr Radcliffe holds 1,675,500 ordinary sharesrepresenting approximately 0.55 per cent of the total voting rights of theCompany. Mr John Coombe purchased 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 69 pence pershare.
