Hogg Robinson Group PLC20 December 2006 Hogg Robinson Group (the "Company") Directors' interest in shares Pursuant to awards made under the Company's Performance Share Plan ("PSP") andCompany Share Option Plan ("CSOP") the following additional directors' interestsin the ordinary share capital of the Company are notified: 1) In addition to the shares held by him immediately after the recent listing ofthe Company, David Radcliffe is now additionally interested in 206,434 ordinaryshares of 1p each in the capital of the Company awarded under the PSP and anoption to acquire 424,696 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of theCompany under the CSOP. The vesting of such shares are subject to the terms ofthe relevant plans including the performance criteria as previously set out inthe Prospectus published by the Company on 9th October 2006. The exercise priceof the options under the CSOP was determined by the Remuneration Committee asbeing 96p, being the mid-market price of the Company's ordinary shares at theclose of business on the day immediately prior to the day on which the optionswere granted; and 2) In addition to the shares held by him immediately after the recent listing ofthe Company, John Kennerley is now additionally interested in 131,367 ordinaryshares of 1p each in the capital of the Company awarded under the PSP and anoption to acquire 270,261 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of theCompany under the CSOP. The vesting of such shares are subject to the terms ofthe relevant plans including the performance criteria as previously set out inthe Prospectus published by the Company on 9th October 2006.
