Hogg Robinson Group plc27 May 2011 Hogg Robinson Group (the 'Company') Directors' interest in shares
Pursuant to awards made under the Company's Performance Share Plan ('PSP') and Company Share Option Plan ('CSOP') on 27 May 2011, the following additional director's interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company are notified. In addition to the shares previously held:
(1) David Radcliffe is now additionally interested in 402,717 ordinary shares awarded under the PSP and an option to acquire 547,826 ordinary shares under the CSOP.
(2) Julian Steadman is now additionally interested in 253,887 ordinary shares awarded under the PSP and an option to acquire 380,831 ordinary shares under the CSOP.
(3) Kevin Ruffles is now additionally interested in 245,108 ordinary shares awarded under the PSP and an option to acquire 367,663 ordinary shares under the CSOP.
The vesting of all the above awards are subject to the terms of the relevant plans including performance criteria which have been set by the Remuneration Committee in accordance with previously stated policy. The exercise price of all options under the CSOP referred to above was determined by the Remuneration Committee as being 57.5p, being the closing price of the Company's ordinary shares at the close of business on 26 May 2011.
