Hogg Robinson Group plc1 June 2012 Hogg Robinson Group (the 'Company') Directors' interest in shares

On 1 June 2012, the Company received notification that the following awards (originally granted on 1 June 2009),under the Company's Performance Share Plan ("PSP") and Share Option Plan ("CSOP") vested on 1 June 2012, in respect of the following Directors as a result of performance conditions being met under those plans: PSP CSOPDavid Radcliffe 1,293,098 2,586,196Julian Steadman 880,435 1,760,870Kevin Ruffles 685,598 1,371,196

No payment is payable to the Company on the vesting of awards under the PSP or CSOP. In addition, David Radcliffecontinues to be beneficially interested in a further 2,348,069 shares in the Company, Julian Steadman continues to be beneficially interested in a further 1,340,595 shares in the Company and Kevin Ruffles continues to be beneficially interested in a further 401,769 shares in the Company.

Notification of each of the above transactions is now made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
