Hogg Robinson Group PLC11 June 2007 Hogg Robinson Group plc Directorate Update Hogg Robinson Group plc today announces that Colin Child will not now be joiningthe Company as Finance Director of HRG. John Kennerley has agreed to continue in the role of Group Finance Directorpending the announcement of his ultimate successor. The Board has re-commencedthe process of identifying a suitable successor to John Kennerley. A furtherannouncement will be made in this respect when appropriate. Shareholders' attention is drawn to the Trading Update which was issued by theCompany on 4th May 2007. The business is trading in line with managementexpectations.
