Hogg Robinson Group plc, the international corporate travel services company, held its Annual General Meeting today at The Hilton Hotel, Basingstoke

All of the ten Resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting sent to shareholders on 15 June 2009 were approved unanimously on a show of hands. The following is a summary of the votes cast including proxy votes received by the Registrars:
