Transaction in own shares
Huntsworth PLC announces that, on 30th September 2010, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 79 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.
Following the above purchase, the Company holds 4,503,660 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 231,378,496 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.004% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
