Notification of the Total Voting Rights and Capital in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules provision 5.6.1 R
Following the issue of 63,000,000 new ordinary shares to BlueFocus International Limited on 7 October 2013, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 321,454,017 ordinary shares of 1p each. The Company currently holds 2,289,054 ordinary shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of issued shares with voting rights in the Company is currently 319,164,963.
The above figure of 319,164,963 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
