Interim Dividend for 2010
Scrip Dividend Alternative
On 26 August 2010 the Directors of the Company announced an interim dividend for the six months to 30 June 2010 of 0.9 pence per ordinary share of 1p each payable on 5 November 2010 to shareholders on the Register on 1 October 2010.
The Market Value for the issue of ordinary shares under the scrip dividend alternative is 80.45 pence for each ordinary share. The Market Value is calculated as the average of the middle market quotation for the ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange as derived from the Daily Official List for the five business days beginning on 29 September 2010 (the day on which the shares were first quoted ex-dividend).
The rules of the scrip dividend scheme are available on the Company's website at www.huntsworth.com. Alternatively, a copy of the rules has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
