 Notification of Board Changes

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Huntsworth, the global public relations and healthcare communications group, is pleased to announce that Terence M. Graunke, a Non-executive Director, has been appointed as Senior Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 24 June 2014. It is intended that these appointments will be on an interim basis until a new Non-executive Director is appointed.
