DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Huntsworth plc announces that on 26 April 2013, awards under the Huntsworth Performance Share Plan were made as follows in respect of ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company:

Recipient Number of shares

Lord Chadlington 1,650,000

Sally Withey 1,100,000

No payment is due for the receipt or vesting of the awards, which are granted as nil cost options.

The vesting of the above awards is subject to meeting performance conditions relating to earnings per share and to revenue and relative total shareholder return. Subject to those performance conditions being met, the awards will normally vest on the third anniversary of their date of grant.
