The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 11 August 2014 at 13:08 under RNS No 7978O:
The purchase price per share was 46 pence rather than 47 pence as previously stated.

Huntsworth, the global public relations and healthcare communications group, announces that it was notified on 11 August 2014 that Lord Myners, Chairman of the Company, had on 11 August April 2014 bought 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at 46 pence per share. This transaction takes Lord Myners' total holding in Huntsworth to 0.09% of the issued class.
The above announcement is made pursuant to DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
