Director/PDMR Shareholding
Huntsworth, the global public relations and healthcare communications group, announces that it was notified on 1 May 2014 that Lord Myners, a Non-Executive Director, had on 29 April 2014 bought 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at 65 pence per share. This transaction takes Lord Myners' total holding in Huntsworth to 0.06% of the issued class.
The above announcement is made pursuant to DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
Further to the announcement on 28 April 2014 of Lord Myners' appointment as an independent Non-Executive Director, the Company announces that Lord Myners is currently a non-executive director of RIT Capital Partners PLC, Ecofin Water & Power Opportunities PLC, MegaFon OJSC and The Co-operative Group. The Company also notes that Lord Myners was formerly Chairman of Justice Holdings Limited and a director of Platform Acquisition Holdings Limited.
There is no further information to be disclosed in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
