Huntsworth plc announces that on 20 April 2015, an option was granted under the Huntsworth Executive Share Option Scheme 2006 (the "ESOP Scheme") to Paul Taaffe, Chief Executive Officer, over 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of 42.14 pence per share (the "Award").
The Award has been made by way of compensation for the loss of awards from Paul Taaffe's previous employment. The exercise price has been calculated as the market value of a share on the dealing day before the date of grant (40.13 pence) plus 5%. The vesting of the options is subject to meeting performance conditions relating to earnings per share. Subject to those performance conditions being met, the awards will normally vest on the third anniversary of their date of grant.
