INTERIM DIVIDEND

 FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 JULY 2024

 

The Board of Directors of Henderson EuroTrust plc (the "Company") announces an interim dividend of 3.5p per ordinary share, in respect of the year ending 31 July 2024, payable on 19 June 2024 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 31 May 2024. The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 30 May 2024. This dividend is being announced as a consequence of the plans announced on 14 March 2024 for the proposed scheme of reconstruction of the Company under Section 110 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (the "Scheme").
