On 1 October 2012, HMV Group plc granted awards under The HMV Group Performance Share Plan (the 'Plan') to the Directors listed below. The Directors pay no consideration on the award of the shares. The awards vest three years following the date of grant, subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions.
