Director's shareholding

The Board of HML (AIM: HMLH), the property management service group, was notified on 5 March 2010 that James Howgego, a director of the Company, has sold 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 5 March 2010 at 14.97p per share.

Following this, Mr Howgego's Self Invested Pension Plan acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in HML at 15p per share, also on 5 March 2010. As a result of these transactions, Mr Howgego's beneficial interest in the issued share capital of HML remains unchanged at 555,000 ordinary shares, representing 1.76% of the Company's issued share capital.
