Yell Group plc18 May 2007 YELL APPOINTS TIM BUNTING AS A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Yell Group plc (Yell) today announces that Tim Bunting has been appointed as anon-executive director of Yell with effect from today, Friday 18 May 2007. Mr Bunting, age 43, is a partner at Benchmark Capital. Prior to joiningBenchmark, Tim was a Partner at Goldman Sachs where he spent 18 years. AtGoldman, Tim held various roles including Global Head of Equity Capital Markets(2002 to 2005) and Vice Chairman of Goldman Sachs International (2005-2006). Timis a Governor of Wellington College and a Trustee of the Rainbow TrustChildren's Charity. Commenting on the appointment, Bob Scott, Chairman of Yell, said: "We aredelighted to welcome Tim to Yell.
