This represents 4.84% of the issued share capital ofthe Company. These shares have been sold by Hightops Gold Limited, the proceeds to beutilised in respect of the obligations to settle fees to the advisers as set outin the Company's admission document dated 12 December 2002. There are 118,619shares remaining in this respect.
