3 January 2012 HENDERSON EUROPEAN FOCUS TRUST plc Total Voting Rights as at 31 December 2011
In conformity with the DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 31 December 2011 the Company's called-up share capital comprised 18,704,149 Ordinary shares of 50p each, of which 17,280,840 were in issue, with full voting rights, and 1,423,309 (7.61%) were held in treasury, with no voting rights.
The figure of 17,280,840 Ordinary shares should be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as their denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
