Tender Offer Update and De-Listing
Holders Technology (AIM:HDT) announces that, further to the announcement on 21 December 2023 of the closure of the Tender Offer, a further 132,760 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 3.1 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company were tendered under the Tender Offer as of 1.00 p.m. on 2 January 2024. The Tender Offer is now closed to further acceptances. The Company has now received, in aggregate, valid tenders for a total of 2,145,312 Ordinary Shares under the Tender Offer.
Following the purchase and cancellation of the 2,145,312 Ordinary Shares under the Tender Offer, the Company will have 2,078,852 Ordinary Shares in issue.
De-Listing
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of the Ordinary Shares to be cancelled, and Cancellation will take effect at 7.00 a.m. on 8 January 2024.
