Nighthawk, the US focused oil development and production company (AIM: HAWK and OTCQX: NHEGY) announces that it received notification on 28 June 2011 that on that day, Tim Heeley, Chief Executive Officer and Richard Swindells, Chief Financial Officer, of Nighthawk purchased a total of 240,781 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company. The number of shares purchased and resultant shareholdings are set out below:
