SHARE OPTION GRANT
H&T Group plc (the "Group") announces that on 18 April 2011 an award of 25,927 options over the Company's ordinary shares of 5p each was confirmed to two of the Group's Executive Directors. The allocation by director is as follows:
Mr A Maby 14,451
Mr S Fenerty 11,476
The share options will become exercisable at a price of 298.50p on 19 April 2014 subject to continued employment and the satisfaction of certain specific performance conditions based on the Group's Total Shareholder Return performance.
In addition, a total of 260,132 share options with an exercise price of 298.50p have been awarded to other senior executives and store managers within the Group. The options become exercisable on 19 April 2014.
