Hampson Industries PLC15 March 2006 For Immediate Release Hampson to Supply Composite Components to B/E Aerospace Hampson Industries PLC, the international aerospace and precision engineeringgroup has today announced its USA based Transparencies, Composites & Plasticsdivision has been selected by B/E Aerospace Inc to supply composite seatcomponents on a prestigious new commercial airliner programme. The contract, for the manufacture and supply of composite shells for premiumclass cabin seats manufactured by B/E Aerospace for A380 aircraft to be operatedby Qantas Airlines, is expected to be worth approximately US$ 3.8 million overthree years. The contract is expected to generate over US$ 1.0 million of salesin the 2006/7 financial year. Qantas has twelve Airbus A380 aircraft on order,with options on a further twelve.
