Executive director appointment
HaloSource Inc. (HAL.LN, HALO.LN), the global clean water technology company traded on London's AIM, is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Crowell to the Board as Chief Financial Officer.
Craig has been with the Company since December 2013, initially as Corporate Controller and since July 2016 as the Company's Chief Financial Officer.
Craig has over 20 years' experience in senior finance roles with publicly listed growth companies in the technology, mining, forest products manufacturing and energy industries. Before joining HaloSource, Craig was the Chief Accounting Officer of Timberline Resources, a mineral exploration company that was listed on both the NYSE MKT and TSX Venture Exchange in Canada. Craig is a Registered Certified Public Accountant having qualified in the State of Illinois, USA and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.

Craig currently holds 20,000 shares of HaloSource common stock. Craig has subscribed for 333,333 new common shares in the Company in connection with the fundraise announced on 21 April 2017 conditional upon, inter alia, admission to AIM.
There are no other matters which are required to be announced pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
