SCHEDULE 11NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company has today been notified that, on 10th June 2009 Dr Geoffrey Guy, a Director of the Company, gifted 92,500 ordinary shares of 0.1p for nil consideration, to a family member. The gift amounts to 0.08% of the issued ordinary share capital.
In addition Dr Guy has today transferred 70,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p to his personal pension scheme for a consideration of 71 pence per share. This transfer amounts to 0.06% of the issued ordinary share capital.
Following this notification Dr Guy's retains a beneficial interest in 19,856,063 ordinary shares, amounting to 16.4% of the shares in issue.
