Total voting rights
The Company announces in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules that, as at 31 December 2015, the Company's issued share capital consists of 1,375,911,549 ordinary shares in the Company of nil par value each, with one voting right per share. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,375,911,549.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
