Directorate Change

The Board of Treveria plc (AIM: TRV), the German retail focused real estate investment company, announces that it has appointed Rolf Elgeti as non executive chairman with effect from 1 January 2011. He will replace Yossi Raucher who will remain on the Board as a non executive director.

Rolf Elgeti has been a non executive director of Treveria since February 2009 and has extensive experience in both the German commercial and residential property investment markets. He is currently chief executive of TAG Immobilien AG, a German listed real estate group with over €950 million of assets under management. He previously worked in various banking roles at UBS, Commerzbank Securities and ABN Amro. Mr Elgeti graduated with an MBA from the University of Mannheim, Germany, and received an MBA from ESSEC, Paris, in 1999.

In addition to these changes, the Chief Executive of Treveria Asset Management GmbH, Michael Neubuerger, will leave the company on 31 December 2010, following the conclusion of his twelve month contract. The Board wishes him well in the future. A search for his replacement is already underway, including both internal and external candidates, and a further announcement in this regard will be made in due course.
