Eitan Milgram appointed as a Non Executive Director

Interim CEO and new CFO appointed at Treveria Asset Management

The Board of Treveria plc (AIM: TRV), the German retail focused real estate investment company, announces that it has appointed Eitan Milgram as a Non Executive Director, with immediate effect, replacing Yossi Raucher.

Eitan, aged 31, is a Portfolio Manager and Executive Vice President at Weiss Asset Management, where he has worked for the last 10 years. He graduated summa cum laude from Boston University where he won the Prize for Excellence in Economics. Eitan has served on the board of directors of 12 publicly listed companies, advising a number of businesses on corporate restructurings.

Save as set out above and in the further information below, there is no information specified by paragraph (g) in Schedule Two to the AIM Rules that is required to be disclosed.

In addition, the Company announces that its subsidiary, Treveria Asset Management ("TAM"), has appointed Dr Bernhard Fuhrmann as Interim Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. TAM is also pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Lämmerhirt as Chief Financial Officer, following Dr Fuhrmann's promotion.

Dr Fuhrmann, aged 47, was appointed chief financial officer of TAM in March 2010, prior to which he worked as an independent consultant on mergers and acquisitions for lending banks and other financial institutions. Between 2006 and 2008 he worked for Commerzbank AG as Chief Operating Officer of the commercial real estate division.

Thomas Lämmerhirt, aged 45, has over 17 years experience in the real estate industry, and most recently acted as an independent consultant working on a number of real estate financing matters. Between 2007 and 2008 he was CEO of GO German Office AG, a German REIT and prior to this was head of asset management at AachenMünchener Lebensversicherung AG.
