Result of General MeetingFurther to the circular posted to shareholders on 27 July 2018 (the "Circular"), the Company announces that at the General Meeting held today to approve the waiver granted by The Panel on Takeovers and Mergers, the resolution proposed to shareholders, as set out in the Notice of General Meeting dated 27 July 2018, was passed by the requisite majority on a poll.
The resolution proposed at the General Meeting was proposed as an ordinary resolution and special business of the Company. The number of votes cast for and against the resolution, and the number of votes withheld, were as follows:
