GUS PLC14 June 2006 GUS plc ("THE COMPANY") PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY INTERESTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE GUS CO-INVESTMENT PLANS In accordance with the terms of The GUS Co-Investment Plans, the followingpersons discharging managerial responsibility have opted to defer receipt oftheir bonus for the year ended 31 March 2006 and to invest it in Ordinary sharesof 29 3/43p in the Company.
