Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc, the internationally diversified energy storage fund, was informed that on 17 July 2023, Caroline Banszky, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 90.296p per share. Following this purchase, Ms Banszky has a beneficial interest in 60,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
