Acquisition - Further Update

 

Further to the announcement of 9 July 2026, GRIT announces that the Company is in discussions with a mining resources focused company ("Target") and is contemplating signing non-binding heads of terms in order to complete a reverse takeover ("RTO").

Trading in the securities of GRIT remains suspended while these discussions continue.

In the event the non-binding heads of terms are not entered into and/or the RTO does not proceed, the Company will consider its options to include seeking a cancellation of its Listing.

A further announcement will be made as soon as any formal arrangements are entered into with the Target and in the meantime, it is emphasised that there is no certainty that any RTO will be achieved.
