Total Voting Rights
Goldenport Holdings Inc. ("Goldenport" or "the Company") notifies that the issued share capital as at 1 December 2011 consists of 91,288,554 shares of common stock with a nominal value of US$0.01 each. The Company holds 402,959 shares in treasury; therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 90,885,595.
The above figure of 90,885,595 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Shareholders are reminded of the obligation to notify the Company of the acquisition or disposal of holdings of voting rights in the Company resulting from shareholdings or through direct or indirect holdings of relevant financial instruments under Chapter 5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules published by the Financial Services Authority.
