Director / PDMR shareholding
In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R, Goldenport Holdings Inc. ('Goldenport' or the 'Company'), (LSE: GPRT) announces that under the provisions of the Company's 2010 Annual Incentive Plan, a total of 111,965 new shares of common stock of USD 0.01 each were allotted on 17 March 2011 as follows:

On 1 March 2011 the Board of Directors approved the financial statements for the financial year ending 2010 and authorised the issuance of the shares relating to the Full Share Award in accordance with the terms of the Annual Incentive Plan approved at the first Annual General Meeting on 17 May 2007. Under the terms of the Annual Incentive Plan, the number of shares granted to each participant was calculated by reference to the closing market value of the Company's shares on 2 March 2011 of 111.75p, being the date of the announcement of the full year results for the financial year ending 2010.
The above participants have all the rights arising from holding existing shares, but during a restricted period of one calendar year from the date of allotment, the participants are not allowed to sell, assign, exchange, transfer, pledge, hypothecate or otherwise dispose of or encumber the granted shares.
Immediately following the allotment, the above participants' total holding in the Company's existing issued share capital is as follows:
