('Goldenport' or the 'Company'), (LSE: GPRT) announces that under the terms of the Company's Scrip Dividend Offer relating to the 2009 interim dividend, a total of 222,888 shares were allotted to members of the Board of Directors and Management that elected for the scrip dividend instead of the cash dividend for 100% of their holdings, as follows:
