Goldenport Holdings Inc. ('Goldenport' or the 'Company'), (LSE: GPRT) announces that under the terms of the Company's Scrip Dividend Offer relating to the 2009 final dividend as approved in the AGM held on 12 May 2010, a total of 1,279,335 shares were allotted to members of the Board of Directors and Management that elected for the scrip dividend instead of the cash dividend, on 18 May 2010 as follows:

Immediately following the allotment, the participants have total beneficial interests in the Company's shares as follows:
