Appointment of Non-Executive Chairman

Further to the announcement of 10 June 2013, Goals is delighted to confirm that Keith Edelman was formally appointed Non-Executive Chairman of the Company at a Board meeting held earlier today.

Keith Rogers, Chief Executive, commented:

"On behalf of the entire Goals board, I would like to thank our outgoing Chairman, Sir Rodney Walker, for his outstanding stewardship over the last 12 years, which have seen the Company grow to become the UK's premier operator of next generation 5-a-side soccer centres. We are delighted that we will continue to benefit from Sir Rodney's unrivalled experience and contacts in the world of sport from his new position as Honorary President of Goals."

All disclosures made in relation to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies remain as announced on 10 June 2013.
