Directors Shareholding

The Company was informed on 11 October 2013 that Keith Rogers, a Director of the company, sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p on 9 October 2013 at a price of 167p per ordinary share. 

Following this transaction, the shareholding of Keith and persons connected to him is 4,042,986 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 7.7 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
