Directors Shareholding

The Company was informed on 1 July 2014 that Philip Burks, a Director of the Company, bought 9,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p on 27 June 2014 at a price of 215p per ordinary share. On 30 June 2014 Philip Burks bought a further 11,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p at a price of 220p per ordinary share.

Following these transactions, the shareholding of Philip Burks and persons connected to him is 183,478 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.3% per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
