Goals Soccer Centres plc ("Goals" or the "Company")

Directors Shareholding

The Company was informed on 12 May 2014 that Keith Rogers, a Director of the Company, sold 16,300 ordinary shares of 0.25p on 9 May 2014 at a price of 218p per ordinary share and that his Self Invested Personal Pension purchased 16,300 ordinary shares at a price of 218p.

Following this transaction, the shareholding of Keith and persons connected to him remains unchanged at 3,992,986 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.8 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
